This was a complete remodel and reconfiguration that we were able to complete in approximately 4 months! We added square footage to the home by using some of the garage space to create a laundry room, an additional bathroom, and a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. We redid the entire driveway, added a flower bed to the front and back of the house, and installed new sod. Reconfigured the kitchen by taking down a wall and making more of an open concept with a kitchen island. Built an outdoor living space with a stone patio, covered pergola, and outdoor fire pit. We converted the oddly placed additional living space to an ideal location for a much improved and more spacious master bedroom. There were several things done to the home, but these are the most relevant to the 5 chosen areas of the home.
