Davis Remodeling & Custom Homes was founded on a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to helping homeowners bring their vision to life by providing the best home remodeling and investment property solutions in Austin. Mary Davis, with a background in pharmaceutical sales, took time off to raise her two sons, Wyatt and Eli. As they grew older, she felt the drive to take on a new challenge. Her husband, Will, an ER physician, had worked with their business partner, Alfonso Martinez, on multiple home projects. Alfonso’s work stood out—not only for its quality but also for being more cost-effective than other contractors. Recognizing an opportunity in Austin’s booming real estate market, Mary and Will decided to start flipping homes in December 2016.

In 2017, Mary earned her real estate license, expanding Davis Remodeling & Custom Homes’ expertise beyond construction to include real estate guidance. Mary offers broker services for smart investments. She helps our clients find investment properties, negotiate better deals, and reduce selling costs, ensuring a seamless and profitable real estate experience. Over the past nine years, the company has completed projects throughout the greater Austin area, ranging from small renovations like bathroom remodels, decks, and fire pits to large-scale home reconfigurations and full custom home builds.
